探索构建服务地方经济发展的地方应用型高校科技成果转化和技术转移体系模式之路——以金陵科技学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 高校承担着人才培养、科学研究和服务社会的职能,而作为地方应用型本科高校则更应强化地方性、应用型特点,主动围绕地方经济发展需求为导向,构建符合自身特色的科技成果转化和技术转移体系。文章研究表明,金陵科技学院作为地方应用型本科高校深度践行“南京化战略”,积极融入南京创新名城建设,以科技创新服务南京区域经济发展为契机,积极推进科技成果本地转移转化,在创新科技管理机制、构建科技服务平台、优化政策制度建设、打造科技服务专业团队等方面做了深入探索,这也为其他地方应用型本科高校探索科技创新服务地方经济发展提供了有益参考。 Universities undertake the functions of personnel training,scientific research and service to the society.As local application-oriented universities,they should strengthen local and applied characteristics,actively focus on the needs of local economic development and construct scientific and technological achievements transformation and technology transfer system in line with their own characteristics.This paper shows that,Jinling Institute of Technology,as a local application-oriented university,deeply implements the“Nanjing strategy”,actively integrates into the construction of a famous innovative city in Nanjing,takes the opportunity of scientific and technological innovation to serve the regional economic development of Nanjing and actively promotes the local transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In-depth exploration has been done in terms of service platform,optimizing the construction of policies and systems,and building a professional team of scientific and technological services.This also provides a useful reference for other local application-oriented universities to explore scientific and technological innovation to serve the local economic development.
