文章梳理了大数据背景下高校图书馆智慧服务的内涵与特征,以数据清洗技术、数据挖掘技术、用户画像技术作为支撑,构建了基于智慧数据层、智慧业务层和智慧应用层的图书馆智慧服务逻辑框架,深入探讨了大数据技术在高校图书馆智慧检索、智慧推荐、智慧学科服务、智慧互动4个场景的应用并对现状进行了分析,最后指出了大数据背景下高校图书馆智慧服务的推进路径。

The article combed the connotation and characteristics of smart services of university libraries under the background of big data,and built a logical framework of library smart services based on smart data layer,smart business layer and smart application layer,with data cleaning technology,data mining technology and user portrait technology as the support,and deeply discussed the application of big data technology in four scenarios of smart retrieval,smart recommendation,smart discipline services and smart interaction of university libraries,and the analysis of the current situation are made.Finally,the promotion path of smart services of university libraries under the background of big data is pointed out.
