高校图书馆微信公众平台自动回复功能设置探讨——以浙江外国语学院图书馆为例

摘要 完善自动回复功能是提升高校图书馆微信公众平台与用户交互性的有效途径。文章以浙江外国语学院图书馆微信公众平台为例,设置自动回复功能3个功能模块,通过根据用户需求设置内容、编写有吸引力的被关注回复、扩充和完善关键词、设置高互动率的收到消息回复、充分考虑3个模块间的内在关联性等举措提升了平台与用户的交互性,以期为其他高校图书馆微信公众平台自动回复功能设置提供借鉴。 Improving the automatic response function is an effective way to enhance the interaction between the WeChat public platform of university libraries and users.Taking the WeChat public platform of the library of Zhejiang International Studies University as an example,the paper sets up three functional modules of automatic response function,and improves the interaction between the platform and users by taking measures such as setting content according to user needs,writing attractive response to be concerned,expanding and improving keywords,setting responses to received messages with high interaction rate,and fully considering the internal relevance between the three modules,it is expected to provide reference for the setting of automatic response function of WeChat public platform of other university libraries.
