广西高职生心理弹性现状的调查与分析——基于广西8所高等职业院校的调查 被引量:2

摘要 采用CD-RISC中文版量表为研究工具,以广西区内8所高职院校合计3314名在校学生为样本,对高职生心理弹性水平展开调查研究。研究结果显示,广西高职生心理弹性显著低于常模,高职生的心理弹性在不同的性别、年级、生源地和专业等人口学变量上存在显著差异,在民族和家庭结构变量上不存在显著差异。高职生心理弹性与心理健康密切相关,心理弹性提升应被高职生心理健康教育工作加以重视,不断积极践行“三全”育人,切实提升高职生心理健康素质。
