支气管肺泡灌洗技术在儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎中的应用效果

Application effect of bronchoalveolar lavage in children with severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗技术在儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎(SMPP)中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年8月福建省儿童医院呼吸介入科收治的80例SMPP患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规抗感染治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予支气管肺泡灌洗治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状体征改善情况、肺功能指标、不良反应情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的胸片好转率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组退热及住院的时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰流速均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将支气管肺泡灌洗技术应用于SMPP的疗效显著,能明显地改善患者的临床症状,改善肺功能指标,降低不良反应发生率,具有积极的临床意义,值得推荐及使用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)in children with severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(SMPP).Methods A total of 80 children with SMPP admitted to the Department of Respiratory,Fujian children's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anti infection treatment,and the study group was given bronchoalveolar lavage on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,improvement of symptoms and signs,pulmonary function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The improvement rate of chest X-ray in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The time of fever abatement and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,peak expiratory flow in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bronchoalveolar lavage in SMPP has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve lung function indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has positive clinical significance and is worth recommending and using.
