妊娠妇女安全用药知识、态度、行为的调查情况

Investigation and analysis of knowledge,attitude and behavior on medication use safety among pregnant women

目的了解妊娠期妇女用药的知识掌握情况以及用药态度、行为,促进妊娠期合理用药。方法对2019年7月至9月来大连市妇女儿童医疗中心(集团)体育新城院区进行检查的360名孕妇进行孕期用药知识、态度、行为问卷调查。结果受访者孕期用药比例达99.17%。用药态度谨慎,安全用药常识掌握良好,但具体药品安全知识匮乏,用药依从性较差。获取安全用药知识渠道多元化,咨询医师或药师占比69.72%,网络获取信息占64.44%。妊娠期自主选购药品比例较高,达36.94%。结论鼓励开展多元化安全用药教育,提升妊娠期妇女用药水平,促进妊娠期合理用药。

Objective To investigate knowledge,attitude and behavior on medication use safety among pregnant women,provide the basis for publicity and education on medication use safety during pregnancy and improve rational medication usage.Methods A total of 360 pregnant women who came to Dalian Municipal Women and Children's Medical Center(Group)for routine pregnancy check-up from July to September 2019 were included in the face-to-face questionnaire about knowledge,attitude and behavior on medication-use safety during pregnancy.Results The proportion of medicationuse during pregnancy was 99.17%.Respondents were cautious about medication use during pregnancy and had good knowledge of medication-use safety.However specific medication-use safety knowledge and medication compliance was poor,channels to acquire mediation-use safety knowledge were diversified.Consulting doctors or pharmacists accounted for 69.72%and accessing information from internet accounted for 64.44%.The proportion of independent medication purchase during pregnancy was high,up to 36.94%.Conclusion It's necessary to carry out various forms of medication-safety education to enhance and promote the level of rational use among pregnant women.
