摘要
目的探讨益生剂在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月1日至5月1日在福建医科大学附属龙岩市第一医院行血液透析治疗的156例慢性肾脏病患者作为研究对象,根据干预方法的不同分为试验组(104例,口服优菌80益生剂)和对照组(52例,口服未添加菌种的对照剂)。比较两组患者干预前及干预30、60 d后的血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平;比较两组患者干预前及干预30、60 d后的T淋巴细胞、β2微球蛋白水平。结果干预30、60 d后,试验组患者的Hb、ALB水平高于对照组,PTH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预60 d后,试验组患者的T淋巴细胞、β2微球蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生剂对于血液透析患者在贫血、炎症状态方面有一定改善作用,且随着服用益生剂时间的延长,效果更加显著。
Objective To study the application effect of probiotics in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 156 patients who underwent hemodialysis in the First Affiliated Longyan Hospital of Fujian Medical University from April 1 to May 1,2020 were selected as research subjects.According to the different intervention methods,they were divided into experimental group(104 cases,oral administration of superior bacteria 80 probiotics)and control group(52 cases,oral administration of control agent without bacterial strains).The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)before intervention and 30 and 60 days after intervention were compared between the two groups.The levels of T lymphocytes andβ2 microglobulin were compared between the two groups before intervention and 30 and 60 days after intervention.Results After 30 and 60 days of intervention,the levels of Hb and ALB in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of PTH in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 60 days of intervention,the levels of T lymphocytes andβ2 microglobulin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics have a certain effect on improving nutrition and inflammation in HD patients,and the effect is more significant with the prolonged time of taking probiotics.
