老年非小细胞肺癌患者应用清金麦茎方对其免疫抑制状态的改善情况

Improvement effects of Qingjin Maiqin TCM prescriptions on the immunosuppression states of elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients

目的分析李成纲教授清金麦茎方治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床效果及对患者免疫抑制状态的影响。方法选取老年NSCLC患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组予以常规方案化疗干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加李成纲教授清金麦茎方治疗,比较两组不同治疗方案的临床疗效、药物毒性反应发生情况、免疫功能、血清因子水平及生活质量(QLQ-30)。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物毒性反应发生情况较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05);两组免疫功能对比,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较对照组均有明显升高(P<0.001);观察组血清TGF-β、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.001);两组QLQ-30评分对比,观察组功能及健康领域评分均高于对照组,症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论应用清金麦茎方治疗老年NSCLC效果显著,可有效改善患者免疫抑制状态,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the impact of Professor Li Chenggang’s Qingjin Maiqin TCM prescriptions on the curative effects and immunosuppression states of elderly non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods 90 elderly NSCLC patients in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to random number table,patients were divided into control group(n=45,conventional chemotherapy)and observation group(n=45,conventional chemotherapy and Professor Li Chenggang’s Qingjin Maiqin TCM prescriptions).Clinical effectiveness,drug toxicity,immune function,serum factors and quality of life questionnaire-30(QLQ-30)scores were compared.Results Clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The drug toxic reaction rate in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+values in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.001).Serum factors like serum TGF-β(transforming growth factor-β)and IL-6(interleukin-6)levels in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.001).The functional and health assessment scores in the observation group were higher than control group,but clinical symptom scores were lower than control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Qingjin Maiqin TCM prescriptions can effectively improve the immunosuppression states and treatment safety for elderly NSCLC patients.
