摘要
混凝土预制构件是我国高速铁路基础设施的主要组成部分,其往往通过蒸汽养护制度来提高生产速度。利用废砖替代蒸养混凝土的细骨料,研究再生砖骨料替代率对蒸养混凝土力学性能和耐久性的影响。结果表明:再生砖骨料能够有效改善蒸汽养护热伤损效应,并且适量掺加再生砖骨料能够改善蒸汽养护混凝土的力学性能和耐久性;此外,微观形貌结果表明相比于河砂,再生砖骨料与蒸汽养护水泥基体的界面过渡区更加密实。本研究为再生砖骨料在工程建设中的应用提供更多的理论依据和数据支撑。
Precast concrete components are the main part of the high-speed railway infrastructure in China,and their production speed is often increased through steam curing method.In this paper,waste bricks are used to replace the fine aggregate of steam-cured concrete,meanwhile,the effect of the replacement ratio of recycled brick aggregate on the mechanical properties and durability of steam-cured concrete is studied.Experimental results show that recycled brick aggregate can effectively improve the thermal damage effect from steam curing.A appropriate content of recycled brick aggregate can improve mechanical properties and durability of steam-cured concrete.In addition,micromorphology results indicates that compared to the river sand,the recycled brick aggregate exhibits a denser interfacial transition zone with the steam-cured cement matrix.This study provides more theoretical basis and data support for the application of recycled brick aggregate in project construction.
