无机胶凝抗渗剂对水泥性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用水泥净浆、XRD、SEM研究了制备的无机胶凝抗渗剂(ICPA)对水泥凝结时间、抗压强度、水化过程、水化产物和微观结构的影响。当ICPA掺量为水泥质量的0.8%时,3、7 d的抗压强度相较于不掺入ICPA的水泥净浆分别提高了9.6%和19.8%,ICPA水泥净浆第二次水化时发生了络合-沉淀反应,在裂纹中产生了大量细丝状、细针棒状水化产物,几乎将裂纹填实,提高了水泥基材料自愈合能力。当ICPA掺量小于水泥质量的1.2%时,对水泥的早期水化影响不明显,增加了钙矾石(AFt或AFm)的生成量,提高了水泥早期(3 d)的抗压强度。结果表明,无机胶凝抗渗剂对水泥凝结时间影响较小,可增加水泥早期水化产物,提高水泥石早期抗压强度及自愈合能力。 The effects of inorganic cementitious impermeable agent(ICPA)on cement setting time,compressive strength,hydration process,hydration products and microstructure were studied by using cement paste,XRD and SEM.When the content of ICPA is 0.8%of the quality of cement,the compressive strength of 3 d and 7 d is increased by 9.6%and 19.8%respectively compared with the cement paste without ICPA.During the second hydration of ICPA cement paste,a complex precipitation reaction occurs,and a large number of filiform and fine needle rod hydration products are produced in the crack,which almost fills the crack and improves the self-healing ability of cement-based materials.When the ICPA content is less than 1.2%of the cement quality,the effect on the early hydration of cement is not obvious,which increases the production of ettringite(AFt or AFm)and improves the early(3 d)compressive strength of the cement.The results show that inorganic cementitious impermeable agent has little effect on the setting time of cement,which can increase the early hydration products of cement and improve the early compressive strength and self-healing ability of cement paste.
