摘要
盾构机螺旋输送载荷复杂多变,对液压马达性能要求高。为满足螺旋机液压马达在典型工况下的载荷模拟试验需求,对实际施工过程中的重载低速工况、软硬岩渣变化工况和轻载快速工况载荷进行了实测分析,获取了典型工况下马达的压力波动数据作为模拟试验的载荷依据;基于电液比例溢流动态加载技术开发了工况载荷模拟液压测试系统,构建了液压马达载荷模拟试验平台。在马达典型工况模拟试验台上,开展了螺旋机马达典型工况载荷模拟试验,结果表明:该试验方法除有1~2 s时间延后,模拟负载的幅值和变化情况都与工地实际载荷一致。
The screw conveying load of the shield machine is complex and changeable,and has high requirements on the performance of the hydraulic motor.In order to meet the load simulation test requirements of the screw machine hydraulic motor under typical working conditions,the actual construction process of the heavy-load low-speed condition,soft and hard slag change conditions and light-load rapid conveying conditions of the load were measured and analyzed,and the pressure fluctuation data of the motor under typical working conditions was obtained as the load basis for the simulation test;based on the electro-hydraulic proportional overflow dynamic loading technology,the working condition load simulation hydraulic test system was developed,a hydraulic motor load simulation test platform was constructed.On the simulation test bench of the typical working conditions of the motor,the load simulation test of the typical working conditions of the motor was carried out.The results showed that the amplitude and changes of the simulated load were consistent with the actual load,except for the 1~2 s time delay of the test method.
