基于Revit模型的BIM机电专业样板文件创建方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 BIM模型的准确性、共享性和传递性不仅是项目顺利进行的重要基础,也是整个BIM技术流程的桥梁,这对模型创建过程的标准化管理提出了更高的要求。为满足机电各专业标准出图要求,实现BIM模型的信息集成,需要制定贯穿工程项目全生命周期的通用机电样板文件。基于Revit模型从公共设置和专项设置2个方面阐述BIM机电样板创建流程,并针对样板的管理方法进行研究,形成了标准化机电专业样板文件创建标准,可为机电相关工程师提供建模依据,大幅度提高BIM正向设计效率,旨在为BIM机电模型样板的创建和后期建模、二维出图提供参考。 The accuracy,sharing and transmission of BIM model,which puts forward higher requirements for the standardized management of the model creation process,are not only the important foundation for the smooth implementation of the project,but also the bridge of the whole BIM technical process.In order to meet the drawing requirements of various electrical disciplines and realize the information integration of BIM,it is necessary to formulate a general electromechanical template document throughout the whole life cycle of the project.The BIM electromechanical template creation process is described from two aspects of public settings and special settings based on the Revit.And the management method of the template is studied.The standardized electromechanical professional template file creation standard is formed,which can provide basis for electromechanical engineers to create a model.It can also greatly improve the BIM positive design efficiency.The purpose is to provide reference for the creation of BIM electromechanical template and later modeling and 2-D drawing output.
