有轨电车用60R2钢轨6号合金钢拼装辙叉的研制

摘要 有轨电车道岔的辙叉普遍采用整体焊接式合金钢辙叉,制造难度大,生产效率低;为此开发了一种新型有轨电车用60R2钢轨6号合金钢拼装辙叉,能够有效降低制造难度和提升生产效率,并能实现与整体焊接式合金钢辙叉的互换。介绍了该拼装辙叉的结构设计,阐述了合金钢心轨、焊接翼轨、叉心组件等部件的结构,分析了拼装辙叉螺栓强度抵抗钢轨温度力的能力;并针对该拼装辙叉的结构特点,开发了NM400翼轨大矢度弯折、60R2钢轨与NM400翼轨焊接等新的制造工艺技术。 The overall welded alloy steel frog is generally adopted by trams turnout,which is quite difficult to manufacture and the production efficiency is low.For this reason,this paper develops a kind of new-type No.6 alloy steel bolted rigid frog with 60 R2 rails for trams turnout.It can efficiently decrease the manufacturing difficulty,increase the production efficiency and realize the interchange with the overall welded alloy steel frog.The paper introduces the structural design of this bolted rigid frog,focuses on the structure of alloy steel point rail,welded wing rail and frog assemblies and other components,and analyzes the ability of bolts strength for bolted rigid frog to resistant the rail temperature force.Aimed at the structural features of this bolted rigid frog,new manufacturing techniques like the large vector bending technique for NM400 wing rail and the technique of welding 60 R2 rail with NM400 wing rail are developed.
