摘要 兰合铁路联络线特大桥在运营线中川铁路的西固黄河特大桥上设岔接轨,需将道岔区影响范围内的简支梁更换为道岔连续梁,由于铁路封锁时间段,场地周围受限因素较多,为满足工期要求和安全要求,拟采用横移顶推换梁的方案实现接轨。在简述工程的基本概况和建设条件后,对道岔区(16.2+4×32.7+16.2)m异形连续钢箱梁的设计要点进行了介绍,并对施工工艺的关键措施进行探讨和研究。结果表明:横移顶推换梁的方案孔跨布置合理,能有效降低营业线施工的安全风险,在规定的时间内能够实现接轨,方案思路新颖、方法巧妙,能为类似工程提供十分有益的借鉴。 The extra-long bridge of the connection line,is a part of railway from Lanzhou to Hezuo.In order to connect the Xigu Yellow River extra-long bridge of Zhongchuan Railway by the turnout,the influenced area,where is because of setting the turnout,the simply supported beam needs to be replaced by the continuous beam.Considering the short railway block time and complex construction restricted factors around the site,it is proposed to use method of transverse launching-replacing beam to connect with the operating railway bridge.After a brief description of the basic situation and construction conditions of the project,this paper first introduces the design points of the special-shaped continuous steel box beam with the span of(16.2+4×32.7+16.2)m in the turnout area.Subsequently,the key measures of the construction technology are discussed and studied.The results show that:the scheme of the transverse launching construction for replacing existing bridges is feasible in the layout of spans,which can greatly reduce the safety risks for the construction of the adjacent business line,and achieve the connection within the specified time.The scheme described in this paper,with original ideas and special methods,can provide a very useful reference for similar projects.
