高速铁路隧道衬砌防脱空全过程实时监测技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对隧道二次衬砌背后空洞问题,依托新技术,在湖杭铁路隧道二次衬砌施工中,引进并应用了信息化、全过程的施工主动监测技术,通过现场不断使用研究,对其结果可靠性与实用性进行了验证和改进。对该技术进行了系统介绍,包括原理、系统构成、工艺流程、过程控制要点与管理、工程应用情况及效果等,并提出了后续优化建议。实践结果显示该系统现场安装工艺简单,操作简便,监测效率高,可有效避免衬砌背后脱空,降低了后期高额的克缺费用,节省了消缺时间。这对后续铁路隧道衬砌施工质量控制具有一定参考意义。 In view of the cavity behind the secondary lining of the tunnel,relying on the new technology,the information-based and whole-process active monitoring technology is introduced and applied in the secondary lining construction of the Huzhou-Hangzhou railway tunnel.Through continuous use and research on the site,the reliability and practicability of the results are verified and improved.The technology is systematically introduced,including principle,system structure,process flow,process control points and management,engineering application and effect,and the subsequent optimization suggestions are put forward.The practical results show that the system has the advantages of simple installation process,simple operation and high monitoring efficiency,which can effectively avoid the void behind the lining,reduce the high vacancy cost in the later stage and save the vacancy elimination time.It has certain reference significance for the quality control of subsequent railway tunnel lining construction.
