基于SEM的铁路项目成本控制评价研究

摘要 新冠疫情背景下,只有加强铁路项目成本控制才能实现项目盈利最大化,使企业获得可持续发展动力。基于此,本文建立了铁路项目成本控制评价指标体系,通过对同事、专家、学者等发放问卷获取数据,并对数据信效度进行了检验,在此基础上采用结构方程模型(SEM)对评价指标体系进行了检验,检验结果得出:管理因素对铁路项目成本控制影响最大,影响权重为0.19,后面依次为材料因素(0.18)、分包因素(0.17)、人员因素(0.16)、市场与环境因素(0.15)、机械设备因素(0.15)。最后基于研究结论对国际工程项目拉伊铁路成本控制进行了评价,并针对评价结果制定了针对性解决措施。研究结论对我国铁路施工企业国内外铁路项目成本评价与控制提供了一种可操作性思路。 Under the background of the new crown epidemic,only by strengthening the cost control of railway projects can we maximize project profits and enable enterprises to gain sustainable development momentum.Based on this,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for railway project cost control,obtains data by distributing questionnaires to colleagues,experts,scholars,etc.,and tests the reliability and validity of the data.On this basis,the structural equation model(SEM)is used to evaluate the evaluation index system.The test results show that the management factors have the greatest impact on the cost control of railway projects,with a weight of 0.19,followed by material factors(0.18),subcontracting factors(0.17),personnel factors(0.16),market and environmental factors(0.15),and mechanical equipment factors(0.15).Finally,based on the research conclusions,the cost control of the international engineering project Lagos-Ibadan Railway is evaluated,and targeted solutions are formulated according to the evaluation results.The research conclusions provide an operational idea for the cost evaluation and control of domestic and foreign railway projects in China’s railway construction enterprises.
