摘要
隧道工程围岩等级是隧道施工的关键技术指标之一。本文以地质钻探、地球物理勘探和室内试验数据分析方法为基础,以地质勘探数字化手段,实现了钻进参数的采集、存储以及软件分类数据的自动化处理,重点研究了钻进参数变化与钻进过程的对应性规律,优化了BQ围岩分级方法中岩石单轴饱和抗压强度和岩体完整性系数两个指标的选取,从而达到细化围岩初步分级的目的。研究结果表明,综合利用钻进压力—钻进深度曲线、钻进速度—钻进深度曲线、泵压力—钻进深度曲线和泵流量—钻进深度曲线的变化规律,可以定性评价围岩地质条件,使围岩分级指标的量化更符合实际情况,提高了指标量化的准确性,为隧道施工提供更准确的参考依据。
The classification of surrounding rock is one of the key technical indexes in tunnel construction. Based on geological drilling, geophysical exploration and laboratory test data analysis methods, the acquisition and storage of drilling parameters and the automatic processing of software classification data are realized by means of the digital means of geological exploration, and the correspondence law between the variation of the drilling parameters and the drilling process is mainly studied. The two indexes of the uniaxial saturated compressive strength and the integrality coefficient of rock mass are optimized in BQ classification method, so as to refine the initial classification of rock mass. The results show that the comprehensive utilization of the drilling pressure-drilling depth curve, the drilling speed-drilling depth curve, the pump pressure-drilling depth curve and the pump flow-drilling depth curve can qualitatively evaluate the geological conditions of the surrounding rock, and the quantitative index of surrounding rock classification can be more in line with the actual situation, and the accuracy of index quantification can be improved, which provide more accurate reference for the construction of tunnel.
