刀具前角和切削深度对木粉-聚乙烯复合材料正交切削表面质量的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Tool Rake Angle and Cutting Depth on the Orthogonal Cutting Surface Quality of Wood Flour-polyethylene Composites

摘要 以木粉-聚乙烯复合材料为试材,按照试验设计的刀具前角(10°、20°、30°、40°)、切削深度(0.1、0.4、0.7、1.0 mm),选用硬质合金刀具和刨床(B665)对木粉-聚乙烯复合材料进行正交切削试验;使用测力计Kistler 9257B测量动态切削力、采用红外热量仪(A20)测量切削温度、用3D激光扫描显微镜VK-X100拍摄加工表面的3D轮廓并测量加工表面的粗糙度,分析刀具前角和切削深度对木塑复合材料正交切削表面质量的影响。结果表明:对木粉-聚乙烯复合材料的切削力和切削温度,随着刀具前角的增加而减小,随着切削深度的增大而增大。导致加工表面质量变差的主要原因是表面出现凹坑和凸起。在大切削力和高切削温度时,凹陷和凸起的程度较大,加工表面粗糙度较大;而在小切削力和低切削温度时,凹陷和凸起的程度较小,加工表面粗糙度较小。 A better understanding of the influence of cutting parameters on the surface quality is of great significance for improving the quality of WFPEC.With wood flour/polyethylene composite(WFPEC),the effects of rake angle(10°,20°,30° and 40°) and cutting depth(0.1,0.4,0.7 and 1.0 mm) on the machined surface quality of WFPEC were investigated by analyzing the cutting force,cutting temperature and the 3 D topography of the machined surface.The results showed that the cutting force and cutting temperature for WFPEC decreased with the increase of rake angle and increased with the increase of cutting depth.The main causes of deterioration in the quality of machined surfaces are pits and bumps on the surface.Under the conditions of high cutting force and cutting temperature,the degree of pits and bumps is larger,and the machined surface roughness is relatively large.Under the conditions of cutting force and cutting temperature,the degree of pits and bumps is smaller,and the machined surface roughness is smaller.
