不同葡萄糖氧化酶对黄羽肉鸡生长性能和养分表观消化率的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Glucose Oxidase on Growth Performance and Nutrient Apparent Digestibility of Yellow Feather Broiler Chickens

摘要 试验旨在研究不同葡萄糖氧化酶(Glucose oxidase,GOD)对黄羽肉鸡生长性能及养分代谢的影响。选取24日龄快大型黄羽肉公鸡1120只,用单因子试验设计随机分为7个处理(每个处理4个重复,每个重复40只):试验分为中鸡阶段(25~45日龄)和大鸡阶段(46~75日龄)两个阶段,对照组(CON)饲喂对应两阶段的基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮上添加常温下实测GOD酶活分别为2014(GOD1组)、2027(GOD2组)、2493(GOD3组)、2519(GOD4组)、4702(GOD5组)U和5508(GOD6组)U的6种试验日粮(中鸡阶段和大鸡阶段分别添加200 g/t和100 g/t)。结果表明:①6种不同葡萄糖氧化酶产品按照统一条件(37℃、pH 6.0)检测酶活,酶活差异极显著(P<0.01),范围为2014~5508 U;80℃水浴5 min后酶活差异极显著(P<0.01),范围为1055~3566 U;高温(80℃水浴5 min)存留率差异极显著,范围为51.6%~70.8%(P<0.01);②相比较于CON组,GOD3、GOD4组和GOD6组显著提高肉鸡46日龄体重和25~45日龄阶段平均日采食量(ADFI)和平均日增重(ADG);③与CON组相比,GOD1组和GOD6组肉鸡25~45日龄粗蛋白表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05),25~45日龄钙表观消化率GOD1组极显著降低(P<0.01),而GOD2组极显著提高(P<0.01),GOD3组和GOD4组磷养分表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,黄羽肉鸡中鸡阶段饲粮添加常温下实测活性2493、2519 U和5508 U的葡萄糖氧化酶200 g/t能改善肉鸡采食量从而提高日增重和阶段末重,但不同葡萄糖氧化酶对黄羽肉鸡中鸡阶段的蛋白质、钙和磷的养分表观消化率表现不一。 This experiment was conducted to inves⁃tigate the effects of different glucose oxidase(GOD)on growth performance and nutrient digest⁃ibility of yellow feather broiler chickens.A total of 1120 fast-growing yellow feather broiler chickens aged 24 days were randomly divided into seven treatments(four replicates for each treatment,40 for each replicate)by single factor design:the test was divided into two period[middle checken stage(25-45 days old)and big checken stage(46-75 days old)],the control group(CON)was fed with the corre⁃sponding two-stage basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed with the experimental diet prepared by adding 200 g/t and 100 g/t GOD enzyme for the early and later stages respectively with the measured GOD enzyme activities at room temperature of 2014(GOD1),2027(GOD2),2493(GOD3),2519(GOD4),4702(GOD5)U and 5508(GOD6)U,respectively.The results showed that:①The enzyme ac⁃tivities of six different glucose oxidase products were detected in the unified conditions(37℃and pH at 6.0).The difference of enzyme activities was very significant(P<0.01),ranging from 2014 U to 5508 U;Enzyme activities after 5 min at 80℃was significant different(P<0.01),ranging from 1055 U to 3566 U;the retention range of high temperature(80℃for 5 min)was significant different,ranging from 51%to 71%.②Compared with CON group,in GOD3,GOD4 and GOD6 the body weight of broiler chickens at 46 days old and ADG as well as ADFI at 25-45 days old were significantly increased.③Compared with CON,in GOD1 and GOD6 the apparent digestibility of crude protein at 25-45 days old was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of calcium at 25-45 days old was significantly reduced in GOD1 group(P<0.01),while significantly increased in GOD2 group(P<0.01);in addition,The tendency of GOD3 and GOD4 to increase the apparent digestibility of phosphorus nutrients was significantly in⁃creased in GOD3 and GOD4(P<0.05).In conclusion,the middle checken stage(25-45 days old)feed of yellow feather broiler chickens supplemented with 200 g/t glucose oxidase with the measured activi⁃ties of 2493,2519 U and 5508 U at room temperature could improve the average feed intake,thus in⁃creasing the average daily gain and stage weight,different glucose oxidase showed different effects on the apparent digestibility of protein,calcium and phosphorus in yellow feather broiler chickens.
