蒲公英总黄酮对大口黑鲈生长性能、体组成及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Dandelion Total Flavonoids on Growth Performance,Body Composition and Blood Biochemical Index of Micropterus salmoides

摘要 为研究饲料中蒲公英总黄酮对大口黑鲈(Micropterus Salmoides)生长性能、体组成及血液生化指标的影响,配制等能(18.39 MJ/kg)、等氮(47.09%)且不同蒲公英总黄酮水平(0、0.01%、0.02%、0.03%和0.04%)的5组(T1、T2、T3、T4、T5)试验饲料。用该5种饲料分别饱食投喂初始体重为(14.69±0.11)g的大口黑鲈,每种饲料3个重复,每重复30尾,投喂周期60 d。结果显示:对照组(T1)与各试验组间的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、蛋白质效率(PER)、饲料系数(FCR)、水分(Moisture)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗灰分(Ash)、白蛋白(ALB)和尿素氮(BUN)含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。而各试验组的存活率(SR)均显著高于T1(P<0.05);T3、T4和T5的粗脂肪(EE)含量显著低于T1(P<0.05);各试验组的总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)均显著高于T1(P<0.05);T3、T4和T5的葡萄糖(GLU)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性均显著低于T1(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加蒲公英总黄酮能够提高大口黑鲈的存活率(SR),改善鱼体组成及血液生化指标,添加量为0.02%时效果最佳。 The object of this paper was to investigated the effects of dandelion total flavonoids on growth performance,body composition and blood biochemical index of Micropterus salmoides.Five experimental diets(T1,T2,T3,T4 and T5)were formulated with equal energy(18.39 MJ/kg),isonitrogen(47.09%)and different levels of dandelion total flavonoids(0,0.01%,0.02%,0.03%and 0.04%).Micropterus salmoides with an initial body weight of(14.69±0.11)g were divided into five groups and fed with the for⁃mulated diets respectively for 60 days,and there were three replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate.The results showed that:WGR,SGR,PER,FCR,Moisture and the contents of CP,Ash,ALB and BUN were not significantly different between T1 and experimental groups(P>0.05);But the SR of experimental groups was significantly higher than that of T1(P<0.05);the EE content of T3,T4 and T5 was significantly lower than that of T1(P<0.05);the TP and GLB contents in experimen⁃tal groups were significantly higher than those in T1(P<0.05);the GLU,TG,TC,ALT and AST contents in T3,T4 and T5 were significantly lower than those in T1(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding dan⁃delion total flavonoids in the diet could improve the SR,body composition and blood biochemical index⁃es of Micropterus salmoides,and the optimal supplemental level was 0.02%.
