基于SPH方法的高集成电驱动壳体润滑结构优化

摘要 随着全球对碳排放的关注和客户对用车成本不断降低的需求,商用车电动化已成为行业发展的趋势。高集成电驱动壳体的结构已完全不同于传统车桥,传统车桥行业的润滑经验已不能满足电驱动系统减速箱的设计需求。如何确定减速器润滑结构成为设计人员重点关注的问题。论文提供了一种基于光滑粒子流体动力学(SPH)方法的高集成电驱动系统润滑结构优化实例,通过优化壳体结构和计算仿真优化了电驱系统的润滑,通过台架验证证明了润滑结构优化的有效性。该实例可为同类产品润滑结构的优化设计提供参考。 With the global focus on carbon emissions and the demand of customers for lower car costs, the electrification of commercial vehicles has become the development trend of this industry.The integrated electric drive is a newly developed products in our company.Its structure is completely different from the traditional axle structure.The lubrication experience of traditional axle industry can not meet the design requirements of reducer housing in electric drive system.How to design the lubrication structure of reducer has become the focus of designers.This paper provides an example of structural optimization of reducer based on smoothed particles hydrodynamics(SPH)method, and the effectiveness of lubrication structure optimization is proved by bench test.This example can provide reference for optimization design of lubrication structure of similar products.
