发电机常见故障之可靠性设计

摘要 发电机是汽车供电零部件,其可靠性是重点研究对象。文章聚焦于市场发电机不发电和异响故障,首先介绍外部原因,电瓶电压低、线路连接异常、皮带张力不足。然后针对发电机本体进泥水、电子元器件失效、轴承电蚀异响、AID轮耐久异响做了可靠性设计。经验证,改进后的发电机在售后市场表现良好。 Alternator is an automobile power supply component, and its reliability is the key research object.This paper focuses on the problem of non-generation and abnormal noise in the aftermarket,first introduce the external reasons, low battery voltage, abnormal line connection, insufficient belt tension.Then the reliability design is made for muddy water inflow the alternator, failure of electronic components, bearing electric corrosion noise, durable noise of AID.It has been proved that the improved alternator performs well in the aftermarket.
