摘要
电子稳定性控制(ESC)系统是汽车行业近十年出现的最重要的主动安全技术之一,该系统能大幅提升汽车在某些极端行驶工况下的稳定性。但由于整车在冰雪路面条件下的试验一致性较差,针对电子稳定性控制系统的冰雪路面试验目前开展较少,且不规范。文章选择了双移线这种冰雪路面下的典型试验方法,在冰雪路面下开展大量重复试验。通过对数据采集后进行分析,试图找出试验一致性的主要影响因素和影响规律。从数据结果发现,试验驾驶员的操作误差是该类试验一致性的主要影响因素,在排除该影响因素后,才能进一步研究气温、湿度、风速等自然条件对试验结果的影响。在这种情况下,采用机器人操作、提升驾驶员技能或通过试验流程降低人为操作差异,是目前可以考虑的控制方法。
The electronic stability controller(ESC) system is one of the most important active safety technologies in the automotive industry in the last decade.The system can greatly improve the stability of the vehicle under some extreme driving conditions.However, due to the poor consistency of the vehicle test on snow and ice surface conditions, there are few tests on snow and ice surface for electronic stability controller system.In this paper, a typical test method of double line shifting under snow and ice surface is selected, and a large number of repeated tests are carried out under snow and ice surface.Through the analysis of data collection, we try to find out the main influencing factors and influencing rules of test consistency.From the data results, it is found that the operation error of the pilot is the main factor affecting the consistency of the test.Only after excluding this influencing factor can we further study the influence of natural conditions such as temperature, humidity and wind speed on the test results.In this case, it is an effective method to improve the consistency of the test by using robot operation and improving the driver’s skills.
