虚拟验证在整车商品性评价中的探索和应用 被引量:2

摘要 整车商品性评价可以在汽车研发早期发挥重要作用。文章基于虚拟现实系列技术,结合多维度可调节半实物台架,构建虚拟验证平台,实现了真实空间与虚拟空间、真实人体与虚拟人体之间的一一映射。在产品开发的数据阶段,将数模可视化为数字样车,商品性评价人员通过穿戴动作捕捉设备,站在用户视角对数字样车的典型静态场景进行主观评价和验证分析,在物理样车前发现内外饰感知品质、人机空间及使用性、维护便利性等产品设计问题。通过多款在研产品试点验证,结果证明,整车商品性虚拟评价能够使得产品研发前期验证更高效、更充分、成本更低。基于此提出虚拟验证在整车商品性评价中的应用深化方向,对产品验证从业者有很强的参考借鉴意义。 Vehicle commodity evaluation can play an important role in the early stage of vehicle research and development.Based on a series of virtual reality technologies and combined with a multi-dimensional adjustable semi-physical stand,a virtual verification platform was built to realize the one-to-one mapping between real space and virtual space,and between real human body and virtual human body.In the data phase of product development,the digital model is visualized as a Digital Mock-Up,the commercial evaluator performs subjective evaluation and verification analysis on the typical static scene of the Digital Mock-Up from the user's perspective by wearing motion capture device.In front of the physical sample vehicle,product design problems such as the perceived quality of interior and exterior decoration,human-machine space and usability,and maintenance convenience are discovered.Through the pilot verification of several products under development,the results show that the virtual evaluation of vehicle commodity can make the early verification of product research and development more efficient,more sufficient and lower cost.Based on this,the paper puts forward the application deepening direction of virtual verification in the evaluation of vehicle commodity,which has a strong reference significance for product verification practitioners.
