摘要
近三十年来,乳腺癌手术范围逐渐缩小,病死率亦逐步降低,在多学科协作背景下,乳腺癌外科治疗在“至简至臻”中逐步演变,出现很多里程碑式的进展,其中乳腺癌手术包括乳房术式的选择和区域淋巴结处理2大部分。本文将就国内外乳腺癌外科治疗的现状及未来乳腺癌外科治疗的趋势进行综述。
In the past 30 years,the scope of breast cancer surgery has been narrowed and the mortality rate has gradually reduced.Under the background of multidisciplinary cooperation,surgical treatment of breast cancer has gradually evolved into the simplest to the best,and many milestones'progresses has been made.Among them,breast cancer surgery includes two major parts:surgical options of the breast and administration of the regional lymph nodes.This review summarizes the current situation and new trends of surgical treatment for breast cancer both nationally and internationally.
