西藏簇角缨象天牛成虫后肠和粪便挥发性化合物

摘要 西藏簇角缨象天牛是我国主要的林业蛀干害虫,使用基于昆虫聚集信息素开发的诱杀剂是该虫绿色防控的手段之一.采用气质联用仪测定了西藏簇角缨象天牛雌、雄成虫后肠和粪便的挥发性化合物组成和含量.结果表明:西藏簇角缨象天牛成虫后肠和粪便中挥发性化合物种类和含量差异较大;雌虫后肠中检测到17种化合物,以烷烃类化合物为主,十八甲基环九硅氧烷相对含量最高,达到32.05%,雄虫后肠中检测到18种化合物,以醇类和烷烃类化合物为主,相对含量最高的化合物是4-庚氧基丁醇,达到30.15%;雌虫粪便中检测到18种化合物,以醛类和酮类化合物为主,(Z)-13-十八碳烯醛相对含量最高,达到17.15%,雄虫粪便中检测到16种化合物,以酮类和萜烯类化合物为主,相对含量最高的化合物是α-蒎烯,达到19.23%.4-庚氧基丁醇和α-蒎烯可能是西藏簇角缨象天牛聚集信息素的主要成分,这可为下一步筛选该虫的聚集信息素提供一定依据. Attractant from insect aggregate pheromones is a green and environmental friendly method for the prevention and control of Cacia cretifera thibetana,a main trunk borer of forestry in China.The composition and content of volatile compounds in the hindgut and feces of C.cretifera thibetana male and female adults were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.The results showed that the types and contents of volatile compounds varied between the hindgut and feces of C.cretifera thibetana adults.A total of 17 volatiles were detected in the hindgut of female adults,and alkanes were the main constituents,with the largest proportion being octadecamethyl-cyclononasiloxane(32.05%).In comparison,alcohols and alkanes accounted for most of the 18 volatile compounds detected in the hindgut of male adults,and 4-(heptyloxy)butan-1-ol made up the largest proportion(30.15%).Eighteen and 16 volatile compounds were identified in the feces of female and male adults,respectively.Aldehydes and ketones predominated in the feces of female,with the highest proportion coming from(Z)-13-octadecenal(17.15%).While ketones and terpenes were the primary components in the feces of male,in whichα-pinene accounted for the most(19.23%).Overall,4-(heptyloxy)butan-1-ol andα-pinene were considered to be the main components of C.cretifera thibetana aggregate pheromones,which provided a theoretical basis for the further screening of aggregate pheromones from C.cretifera thibetana.
