汉冶萍公司是中国近代规模最大的钢铁煤联营企业,在中国近代工业的发展历程中占有重要地位。汉冶萍公司工人队伍曾是中国近代最大的一支产业工人队伍。以往学界对汉冶萍公司工人群体的研究多侧重革命史、工运史的视角,杨洋新著《汉冶萍公司用工制度研究(1890—1938)》则从社会史、经济史等角度勾勒了汉冶萍公司工人的用工形式、日常管理、招募与退出等鲜活而生动的工作图景。作者以变化的视角观察问题,在纵向比较中探究用工制度的历史变迁及其原因,同时综合运用量化研究、利益分析等方法深度剖析汉冶萍公司用工制度变迁的影响因素,从而更为立体地揭示了汉冶萍公司用工制度的构建与变革历程。

Hanyeping Company was the largest steel and coal joint enterprise in modern China,which played an important role in the development of modern Chinese industry.The workforce of Hanyeping Company was once the largest industrial workforce in modern China.In the past,the academic research on the worker group of Hanyeping Company focused on the revolutionary history and labor movement history.Yang Yang's new book,Research on the Employment System of Hanyeping Company(1890-1938),outlines the vivid working picture of the employment form,daily management,recruitment and withdrawal of the workers of Hanyeping Company from the perspective of social history,economic history,etc.The author observes the problem from the perspective of change,carries out a longitudinal comparative study of the historical changes of the employment system and its causes,and comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors of the employment system changes of Hanyeping Company by using quantitative research,benefit analysis and other methods,thus revealing the construction and reform process of the employment system of Hanyeping Company more comprehensively.
