摘要
以胆固醇和己二酸二乙烯酯为原料在脂肪酶PS IM催化剂的作用下合成己二酸胆固醇基单乙烯基酯,并进行了合成工艺单因素优化实验,优化后的工艺条件为:胆固醇20 mg,己二酸二乙烯酯100 mg,4分子筛50 mg,脱水正己烷5 mL,PS IM 5 U,温度45℃,反应时间4 h,在上述反应条件下重复3次实验,己二酸胆固醇基单乙烯基酯的平均产率为99.2%。
Using cholesterol and adipic acid divinyl ester as raw materials,lipase PS IM as catalyzer,(5-cholesten-yl)vinyl adipic acid was synthesized,and the synthesis process had been optimized by the single factor method.The optimized process conditions were as followings:cholesterol 20 mg,adipic acid divinyl ester 100 mg,4 molecular sieve 50 mg,dehydrated n-hexane 5 mL,PS IM 5 U,reaction temperature 45℃and reaction time 4 h.The average yield of(5-cholesten-yl)vinyl adipic acid was found to be 99.2%with 3 repeated experiments under the conditions mentioned above.
