一种异氰酸酯基硼交联剂的制备及其增粘性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 胍胶压裂液在国内外油气田改造过程中被广泛应用,但是胍胶压裂体系存在着耗量大、对地下储层伤害比较高等问题。为了满足实际压裂作业的需求,需要研发一种交联效果好、耐温、耐剪切且易破胶、无毒、无污染的交联剂。本论文旨在研究出单独以硼为原料,且满足该施工要求的交联剂。由此,先以对苯二异氰酸酯、2-氨基-1,3-丙二醇制备出中间配体,再与四硼酸钠等合成新型硼基异氰酸酯交联剂。研究了交联时间、交联温度、交联剂用量、中间配体用量、四硼酸钠用量等对胍胶压裂液溶液粘度的影响,确定出该交联剂最佳交联条件为:温度为20℃、交联时间5 min、交联剂用量1.5∶100,最高工作温度55℃,所得压裂液满足施工要求。 At present,guanidine gum fracturing fluid is widely used in the transformation of oil and gas fields at home and abroad,but the guanidine gum fracturing system has the problems of large consumption and higher damage to the reservoir.In order to meet the application of fracturing operations,it is necessary to develop a kind of crosslinking agent with a good crosslinking effect,temperature resistance and shear resistance.This paper reported a crosslinker that could meet the crosslinking requirements using boron as raw materials.Therefore,in this study,p-phenyldiisocyanate and 2-amino-1,3-propylene glycol were used to prepare the organic intermediate ligand,and then thiourea isocyanate-based boron crosslinking agent was synthesized.By studying the effects of crosslinking time,crosslinking temperature,crosslinking agent dosage,intermediate ligand dosage and sodium tetraborate dosage on the viscosity of guanidine gum solution,the optimal crosslinking conditions were determined:the intermediate ligand mass fraction was 0.5%,the boron content was 2.5%,the crosslinking agent had the best crosslinking effect.The best crosslinking effect was achieved at 20℃,5min and 1.5∶100(crosslinking agent ratio).The maximum working temperature was 55℃.
