摘要
随着桥梁建设技术的更新在不断地加快,越来越多的桥墩由重力型桥墩向轻型桥墩转变。双柱式墩具有截面积小、截面模量大、自重轻、结构刚度和强度较好的特点被广泛运用在桥梁建设中。基于双柱式花瓶墩一次性浇筑过程中的难点问题进行技术创新,形成了一套较为完善的双柱式花瓶墩钢模一次性浇筑施工技术,并对该技术的工艺原理、施工工艺流程和关键技术要点进行了系统分析,阐明了研究技术的工程适用性和工程应用价值。
With the continuous acceleration of the updating of bridge construction technology,more and more bridge piers are transformed from gravity piers to light piers.Double-column piers have the characteristics of small cross-sectional area,large cross-sectional modulus,light weight,good structural rigidity and strength,and are widely used in bridge construction.Based on the difficult problems in the one-time pouring process of double column vase pier,this paper carries out technical innovation,and forms a set of relatively perfect one-time pouring construction technology of double column vase pier steel mold,systematically analyzes the process principle,construction process and key technical points of the technology,and expounds the engineering applicability and engineering application value of the research technology.
