高掺量橡胶沥青AC-20路用性能试验研究

Experimental study on road performance of high content rubber asphalt AC-20

为了研究高掺量橡胶沥青在AC-20混合料中的适用性,通过马歇尔设计方法研究高掺量橡胶沥青与AC-20混合料适应性,并通过水稳定性、车辙试验分析混合料高温性能,然后通过试验段评价高掺量橡胶沥青AC-20路用性能。研究表明:高掺量橡胶沥青与马歇尔设计AC-20混合料有良好的适应性,同时高掺量橡胶沥青AC-20具有良好的路用性能和经济性。

In order to study the applicability of high-doped rubber asphalt in AC-20 mix,this paper studied the adaptability of high-doped rubber asphalt and AC-20 mix through Marshall design method,and analyzed the high temperature performance of the mix through water stability and rutting test;finally,the high-doped rubber asphalt AC-20 road performance was evaluated through the test section.The study shows that:the high dose of rubber asphalt and Marshall design AC-20 mixes have good adaptability,while the high dose of rubber asphalt AC-20 has good road performance and economy.
