基于挣值法的PPP建设项目采购成本控制研究--以X学校建设项目为例

随着PPP模式在我国工程建设中的大量运用,合理有效地进行项目采购成本管控是实现项目整体减耗提效的核心工作。在深入分析PPP建设项目采购成本特点的基础上,以X学校建设项目为例,运用挣值法对该项目进行采购成本检测,并就这一现状介绍采购成本控制措施,以期为其他PPP建设项目采购成本控制提供参考。

With the extensive use of PPP mode in my country′s engineering construction,reasonable and effective project procurement cost control is the core task of achieving overall project efficiency reduction and efficiency.Based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the procurement cost of PPP construction projects,this article takes the X school construction project as an example,uses the earned value method to detect the procurement cost of the project,and introduces procurement cost control measures based on this situation,with a view to other PPP construction provide reference for project procurement cost control.
