时不待我:中小学教师“质”的时间困境与纾解对策 被引量:3

摘要 教师时间是一种特殊“质”的时间。教师“质”的时间嵌入了教师的时间感知水平与感知深度,以及现代社会独特的时间意识与文化。基于“质”的时间分析中小学教师的时间困境,教师的期望时间与日常“杂事”时间的分配困扰,闲暇时间与工作时间的边界模糊,计划时间与截止时间的统筹失调。教师日常工作时间处于一种拉锯状态,在主观层面形成“时不待我”负担,需要从学校的管理层面彰显人文关怀,满足教师基本身心需求;外在减轻教师过重工作负担,内在激发教师自主性;提升教师抵御工作风险的能力,优化教师自身的时间管理水平。 Teacher time is a kind of special“quality”time. Teachers’ “quality” time is embedded in teachers’ perception level and depth of time,as well as the unique time consciousness and culture in modern society. Based on the time analysis of “quality”,the time dilemma of primary and secondary school teachers is analyzed,teachers’ time experience is mainly characterized by the confusion in the allocation of expected teaching time and daily “Meaningless work” time,the fuzzy boundary between daily leisure time and working time,and the imbalance between work planning time and task deadline. Teachers’ daily working hours are in a kind of pulling saw state and form the burden of “Dute Today” on the subjective level. It is necessary to show humanistic care from the management level of the school to meet the basic physical and mental needs of teachers;to reduce the teachers’ overwork burden externally and stimulate the teachers’ autonomy;to improve the ability of teachers to resist the work risk and optimize the level of time management of teachers themselves.
