“种养-加工-休闲”一体化乡村产业融合发展模式研究

Study on the Rural Industrial Integration Model of Planting,Processing and Leisure

农村一二三产业融合是乡村振兴战略的重点内容,是推动农业农村供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手,可实现乡村经济振兴、农业转型升级和农民增收富裕的多重目标。针对当前农村一二三产业融合发展中的多种方式叠加融合趋势,以重庆市璧山区喜观农场为例,通过剖析该案例产业循环边界由种养向加工、休闲旅游系统的扩展情况,提炼总结出“种养—加工—休闲”一体化的产业融合模式,并分析了该模式的融合特点。研究发现,该模式运行具有较好的生态循环发展效益、新型业态培育效果,今后可从加快构建“种养—加工—休闲”一体化模式技术体系、设置闭合的产业循环发展路线、进行文化创意休闲产品开发、设计互动体验项目发展深度体验游等方面促进该模式的推广应用。

The integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is the key content of the rural revitalization strategy and an important measure to promote the supply-side structural reform of agriculture and rural areas.It can achieve multiple goals of rural economic revitalization,agricultural transformation and upgrading,and farmers'income increase and prosperity.In view of the current superimposing trend of the multiple integration modes of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,taking Chongqing Bishan Xiguan Farm as an example,by analyzing the expansion of industrial cycle boundary from planting breeding to processing and leisure tourism system,the integration mode of planting,processing and leisure was summarized,and the fusion characteristics of the model were analyzed.It was found that the operation of this mode has good ecological cycle development benefits and new business form cultivation effects.In the future,the promotion and application of this mode can be promoted from the aspects of the construction of the integrated model technology system,setting up a closed industrial cycle development route,developing cultural and creative leisure products,and designing the interactive experience projects for in-depth experience tours.
