Current Situation and Prospects of Internet Technology Applications for Farmers'Well-being in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着乡村振兴的推进,互联网技术应用将成为推动未来农村发展的关键要素。基于对农村互联网发展历程的回顾,总结了农村网民的个体特征及农村居民互联网应用状况;从收入、健康及人居环境整治视角,通过典型案例分析,明晰了互联网技术应用影响农村居民福祉的经验事实,并利用宏观统计数据对其特征进行一般意义上的考察,探讨了互联网发展与上述福祉变量间的相关关系。同时,分析了农村居民应用互联网技术存在的问题,提出未来农村数字经济将更加深入、互联网将跃迁为重要生产工具,互联网多场景应用将优化农村公共服务供给能力等发展趋势。

With the promotion of rural revitalization,the application of Internet technology will become a key element to promote rural development in the future.Based on reviewing the development of rural Internet,the individual characteristics of rural Internet users and the Internet application status of rural residents were summarized.From the perspectives of income,health and habitat improvement,the empirical facts that Internet technology application affects the well-being of rural residents were clarified through typical case analysis,and the correlation between Internet development and the above well-being variables was explored by examining their characteristics in a general sense using macro statistics.At the same time,the problems of rural residents applying Internet technology were analyzed,and the development trend of Internet application was forecasted,that is,in the future,the rural digital economy will become deeper,the Internet will leap to be an important production tool for farmers,and the Internet multi-scene application will optimize the supply capacity of rural public services.
