摘要
针对现有净水厂或污水处理厂钢筋混凝土水池池壁角隅处配筋方式存在的问题,利用MIDAS GEN软件对池壁进行有限元分析,在满足池壁角隅处的受力要求和构造要求前提下,在现有的常规钢筋配置方式基础上对池壁角隅处配筋方式进行优化。与原配筋方式相比,优化后的配筋方式节省了钢筋用量、减少了施工工序、降低了工程成本。
Aiming at the reinforcement problem at the corner of reinforced concrete pool wall in the water purification plants or sewage disposal plants,this paper analyzes the finite element of the pool wall with MIDAS GEN software.With the stress and structure requirements satisfied,it optimizes the reinforcement method based on the present reinforcement configuration.Compared with the original reinforcement method,the optimized one saves the amount of rebar,reduces the construction process and cost.
