危险品滚装船作业码头消防及安全关键技术

Key technology of fire fighting and safety protection of wharfsfor dangerous cargo ro-ro ships

结合危险品滚装船作业码头的特点,对危险品滚装船靠离泊、码头相关设施安全距离、消防设施配备标准、待渡车场及临时待渡通道等关键技术进行研究,以解决目前相关标准欠缺,危险品滚装船作业码头设计、使用中无据可依,或套用不适合的标准造成无法应用等问题。本研究适用于新建、改建和扩建的从事危险品滚装作业的专用海港码头,对其他从事危险品滚装作业的兼用码头有指导意义。

According to the characteristics of wharfs for dangerous cargo ro-ro ship,this paper explores the key technologiesfor berthing/unberthing of dangerous cargo ro-ro ships,safety distance of related facilities on wharfs,standard for deployment offire fighting facilities,and vehicle waiting yards and temporary waiting passage,in order to solve the problems such as the lackof relevant standards,the lack of criteria or inappropriate application of standards in the design and use of adangerous cargoro-ro ship wharf.The results of this study are applicable to newly-built,reconstructed or expanded special sea wharfs for ro-rooperation of dangerous cargo ships.Meanwhile,this study has guiding significance to other dual-purpose wharfs engaged in roro operation of dangerous cargo ships.
