海底隧道沉管预制端钢壳检测技术

摘要 沉管预制端钢壳端面竖向倾斜度、横向垂直度和端面平整度是否达到设计值,直接关系到沉管安装后止水带压接的止水效果和沉管安装轴线偏差量。由于沉管预制检测预留周期较短,而现行沉管检测技术后处理时间较长,同时还需保证端面竖向倾斜度和横向垂直度小于±3 mm、端面平整度小于±5 mm限差要求,给检测人员带来了极大的挑战。文章基于现有的沉管检测技术进行深入分析,引入最小二乘法多元线性回归方法,编制一套可视化沉管检测软件,提高检测效率,缩短检测周期,对端钢壳端面竖向倾斜度、横向垂直度和端面平整度进行严格把控。经大连湾海底隧道建设工程实践表明,检测软件切实可行,可为后续类似工程检测提供参考。 Whether the vertical tilt,horizontal verticality,and flatness of the end surface of immersed tube prefabricated endsteel shell reach the design value is directly related to the sealing effect of the water tape crimping after the installation of theimmersed tube,and the amount of immersed tube axis deviation.Due to the short reservation period of immersed tubeprefabricated detection and the long post-processing time of the current immersed tube detection technology,it is alsonecessary to ensure that the vertical tile and horizontal verticality of the end surface are less than ±3mm,and the flatness ofend surface is less than±5 mm,which brings great challenges to the detection personnel.Based on the existing immersed tubedetection technology,this paper has carried out in-depth analysis,introduced a multiplier multivariate linear regressionmethod,and prepared a set of visualizing detection software for immersed tube,improve detection efficiency,shortened thedetection cycle,and strictly controlled the vertical tilt,horizontal verticality and end surface flatness of the end steel shell.Thepractice of the Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel construction project shows that the detection software is practical and can providereferences for subsequent similar project detection.
