摘要
全仁夫教授认为强直性脊柱炎的基本病因病机是肾阳不足、督脉受寒,根据该病机拟定补肾温督、通经活络的治则,运用独活寄生汤加减对患者进行个性化治疗,效果甚佳。
Professor QUAN Renfu believes that the basic etiology and pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis are insufficiency of kidney yang and cold of governor vessel. According to the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis, the treatment principles of tonifying the kidney, warming the governor vessel,unblocking the meridians and activating the collaterals are formulated,and better effect can be achieved by personalized treatment with modified Duhuo Jisheng tang.
