广东省预制菜产业发展现状及趋势 被引量:13

摘要 预制菜是农村三产融合发展的新模式,是推进现代农业提质增效的新业态,更是深入实施乡村产业振兴的有力抓手。广东省在全国率先从省级层面组织化、系统化持续推进预制菜产业。本文重点介绍了广东预制菜省级层面产业发展现状及主要措施,选取了珠三角、粤东西北地区较具代表性的地市,如肇庆、佛山、韶关、湛江、潮州等,围绕发展预制菜产业的特色优势、发展规划及定位、发展成果、支撑政策措施等方面阐述了各地预制菜产业发展现状,并在此基础上对广东省预制菜产业的发展趋势进行了展望。 Prepared dishes are a new model for the integrated development of rural three industries,a new form of business to promote the quality and efficiency of modern agriculture,and a powerful starting point for the in-depth implementation of rural industry revitalization.Guangdong province takes the lead in continuously promoting the prepared dishes industry at the provincial level through organization and systematization.This paper mainly introduced the current situation and main measures of Guangdong’s prepared dishes industry at provincial level.Selected representative cities such as Zhaoqing,Foshan,Shaoguan,Zhanjiang,Chaozhou,etc,expounded their development status of prepared dishes industry around the local characteristics,development plan and orientation,achievements,supporting policies and measures.On this basis,prospects the development trend.
