桑黄的主要活性成分及国内外研究进展

Main Active Components of Phellinus linteus and Its Domestic and International Research Progress

桑黄是一种广受欢迎的药食两用真菌,在中国、韩国、日本等亚洲国家广泛分布。桑黄含有多种生物活性成分,如多糖、三萜、黄酮、呋喃等,被证明具有较强的生物活性,如抗癌、抗炎、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗真菌、抗糖尿病、肝保护和神经保护作用等,可预防和治疗多种疾病。本文主要介绍了近年来国内外对桑黄菌种资源、生物活性成分、药用功效、应用前景等方面的研究进展,为桑黄的进一步研究开发提供思路。

Phellinus linteus is a popular medicinal fungus that is widely distributed in China,Korea,Japan,and other Asian countries.P.linteus contains various bioactive components,such as polysaccharides,triterpenoids,flavonoids,and furans,it has physiological activities such as anticancer,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,antioxidant,antifungal,antidiabetic,hepatoprotective and neuroprotective effects,and has proven to be an effective therapeutic agent for the treatment and prevention of various diseases.In this paper,the research progress on the species resources,bioactive ingredients,medicinal efficacy and application prospect of P.linteus at home and abroad in recent years was introduced,so as to provide research strategy for further study of P.linteus.
