高血脂与代谢综合征相关生化指标的表达

Hyperlipidemia and Expressions of Biochemical Indicators Associated with Metabolic Syndrome

目的分析高血脂与肝脏功能,血糖水平以及血尿酸水平的关系。方法以大学教职工体检人群为研究对象,根据血脂结果分组,观察、分析人群血脂水平与肝脏功能、血糖和血尿酸水平的关系。结果体检人群2543例,平均年龄50.6岁。血清甘油三酯,总胆固醇,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均值分别为1.54 mmol/l,5.28 mmol/l,1.41 mmol/l,2.91 mmol/l。高血脂人群为29.2%;边缘升高人群占34.3%;合适水平血脂人群占36.6%。进一步研究发现三组的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT),空腹血糖(Glu),以及血尿酸(UA)水平在各组之间均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而谷草转氨酶(AST)水平尽管血脂水平边缘组和高血脂水平组无统计学意义,但是血脂正常水平组与其他两组分别比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高血脂组ALT,AST r-GT,Glu,UA表达异常率明显高于边缘血脂升高组和血脂正常组。结论高血脂水平影响肝脏功能指标ALT、AST、r-GT、以及Glu、UA的表达,与肝脏功能、高血糖和高尿酸密切相关。对高血脂人群要早发现、早期干预治疗,以阻止和减低高血脂以及相关疾病的发生。

Objective To analyze the relationship of hyperlipidemia with liver function,blood glucose level and blood uric acid level.Methods Taking the physical examination results of the faculty and staff of Shandong Normal University as the research object,the relationships of the blood lipid level with the liver function,blood glucose level and blood uric acid level were observed and analyzed according to the results of the physical examination.Results The average age of 2543 persons was 50.6 years old.The average values of serum triglycerides,total cholesterol,HDL cholesterol,and LDL cholesterol were 1.54 mmol/l,5.28 mmol/l,1.41 mmol/l,and 2.91 mmol/l respectively.The population with high blood lipids was 29.2%,34.3%of the people with marginal high,and the population with appropriate blood lipids accounted for 36.6%.Further studies found that serum glutamine transaminases(ALT),r-glutamyl transpeptidase(r-GT),fasting blood glucose(Glu),and blood uric acid(UA)levels in the three groups were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.01).Although the algamiphatase(AST)level was not statistically significant in the marginal and high lipid level groups,the normal lipid level group was statistically significant compared with the other two groups(P<0.01).The abnormal expression rates of ALT,AST r-GT,Glu,and UA in the hyperlipidemia group were significantly higher than those in the marginal high and normal lipid groups.Conclusions High lipid level affects the biochemical indicators:ALT,AST,r-GT,Glu and UA,and is closely related to liver function,hyperglycemia and high uric acid.Early detection,intervention and treatment should be given to the people with elevated lipids to prevent and reduce the morbidity of hyperlipidemia and related diseases.
