摘要
目的研究探讨雷公藤多苷片联合阿昔洛韦治疗多形红斑的临床疗效及对患者皮损评分、炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年02月~2021年02月收治的116例多形红斑患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,各58例。对照组以阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组联合雷公藤多苷片治疗。综合评估两组患者的临床疗效、皮损评分、炎症水平、治疗安全性等指标。结果观察组总有效率为91.38%(53/58),高于对照组患者为75.86%(44/58)(P<0.05)。观察组CDASI、DLQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组、对照组不良反应发生率为13.79%(8/58)、8.62%(5/58)(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片联合阿昔洛韦治疗多形红斑疗效显著,能够改善患者的皮损严重程度,抑制异常炎症反应,治疗安全性良好。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with acyclovir in the treatment of erythema multiforme and its effect on skin lesion score and inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 116 erythema polymorphous patients admitted to the outpatient department of Beijing Beijing Skin Hospital from 2018.02 to 2021.02 were selected,randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 58 cases each.The control group was treated with acyclovir,and the observation group was treated together with triptoldoside tablets.The clinical efficacy,skin loss score,inflammation level,and treatment safety of the patients in the two groups were comprehensively evaluated.Results The observation group total effective rate in the was 91.38%(53/58),higher than control group(75.86%)(44/58)(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-17(IL-17),high-sensitivity hs CRP and ESR The levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 13.79%(8/58)and 8.62%(5/58)(P>0.05).Conclusions Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with acyclovir is effective in the treatment of erythema multiforme.It can improve the degree of skin lesions,and has good safety.
