工作流程优化对PIVAS配制质量的影响

Influence of the Workflow Optimization on the PIVAS Preparation Quality of Our Hospital

目的探究工作流程优化对静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)配制质量的影响。方法选取2018年4月-2019年8月PIVAS开展流程优化管理前2200次静脉药物配制情况作为对照组,另选取2019年9月-2020年10月PIVAS开展流程优化管理后2110次静脉药物配制情况作为观察组。对照组给予常规工作流程干预,观察组采用工作流程优化干预。比较两组药品配制情况,另比较两组医护人员对药物配置及科室管理满意度评分。结果观察组静脉药品配制速率高于对照组,配制差错发生率及破损金额均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药物配置及科室管理制度各项满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PIVAS配制中实施工作流程优化管理有助于保障临床用药安全性,降低差错发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of workflow optimization on the quality of preparation(PIVAS).Methods 2200 times of intravenous drug preparation before process optimization management in PIVAS of our hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 was selected as the control group,and 2110 times of intravenous drug preparation after process optimization management in PIVAS of our hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 was selected as the observation group.The control group gave the routine workflow intervention,and the observation group used the workflow optimization intervention.The drug preparation of the two groups was compared,and the other two groups of medical staff scored on the drug allocation and department management satisfaction.Results The preparation rate was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05);the drug allocation and department management system were higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimization management in PIVAS preparation helps to ensure the safety of clinical medication and reduce the incidence of errors.
