摘要
为了考察环境友好型防锈颜料在水性环氧涂料中对耐盐雾性的影响,测试了各种环境友好型防锈颜料耐盐雾性能,将环境友好型防锈颜料进行合理化组合,成功制得一种低膜厚(40~50μm)下耐盐雾达到792 h以上的水性涂料,达成了水性环氧涂料在低膜厚下的高耐盐雾性。
To study the effect of environmentally friendly anti-rust pigment in waterborne epoxy coatings on salt spray resistance,various environmentally friendly anti-rust pigments’salt spray resistance was tested.Through rational combination of environmentally friendly anti-rust pigments,a kind of waterborne coatings with a salt spray resistance period of more than 792 h under low film thickness(40~50μm)was successfully prepared,realizing high salt spray resistance of waterborne epoxy coatings under low film thickness.
