基于模糊综合评价法与BIM技术的评标方法研究 被引量:3

RESEARCH ON BID EVALUATION METHOD BASED ON FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION METHOD AND BIM TECHNOLOGY

摘要 通过文献研究法,识别评标指标体系及BIM技术应用,利用层次分析法构建评价指标矩阵模型确定指标重要性,计算评标指标权重。以模糊隶属度矩阵作为评标决策模型方法,利用模糊矩阵合成运算,计算各个评标对象的模糊综合法评价得分,以最高分者为中标单位,得到评标决策模型,为应用BIM技术进行评标提供可行的方法和建议。 Through researching literatures,identify index system of bid evaluation and BIM technology application,establish the evaluation index matrix model with the analytic hierarchy process to determine the importance of the index and calculate the index weight of bid evaluation.Furthermore,set fuzzy ownership matrix as the decision model of bid evaluation to calculate evaluation score of each bid evaluation object in accordance with this fuzzy comprehensive method,selecting the unit with highest score as the bid-winner,and eliciting the final decision model of bid evaluation to provide feasible methods and suggestions for applying BIM technology to bid evaluation.
