严寒地区建筑形态调控下建筑能耗与舒适度影响因素研究

摘要 将建筑形态分解为4个一级指标以及9个二级指标,在OriginLab函数分析软件中,通过敏感性分析法量化研究了严寒地区3个子气候区建筑的能耗与舒适时间对于朝向、形体、空间、界面4个一级指标之下的各个二级指标的敏感度。计算分析了各影响指标对于降低能耗、增加舒适时间的优化潜力。研究发现,建筑的层高、形体紧凑度、面形系数等影响指标对于建筑能耗与舒适时间的影响较大,且通过优化这些参数对于降低建筑能耗、增加全年舒适时间的效果比较可观。 Building shapes were divided into four first-grade indices and nine secondary indices.OriginLab function analysis software and sensibility analysis method were used to research the sensibility of energy consumption and comfortability of buildings in three sub-climatic regions of severe cold region to all secondary indices under four first-grade indices,including orientation,shape,space and interface.The optimization potential of each influencing indices on reducing energy consumption and increasing comfortability was calculated and analyzed.It was found that floor height,shape compactness and appearance coefficient producing relatively big influence on building energy consumption and length of comfortable period,and that optimization of these coefficients could effectively reduce building energy consumption and increasing year-round comfortable period.
