摘要
为高效开展大悬臂盖梁预应力二次张拉,将传统固定式张拉操作平台增加电力驱动系统,实现操作平台自动化移动,减少吊篮二次搬运;应用Midas Civil软件对改进后的操作平台进行数值分析,采用SWOT法从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四方面对比分析其可行性及应对策略。改进后的吊篮运行安全高效,满足绿色施工要求,保证了施工安全和进度。
In order to efficiently carry out the secondary prestressing tensioning of large cantilevered capped beam,the traditional fixed tensioning operation platform is added with electric drive system to realize the automatic movement of the operation platform and reduce the secondary transportation of the crane basket,and the Midas Civil software is applied to numerical analysis of the improved operation platform,and the SWOT method is used to compare and analyze its feasibility and response strategy from four aspects:advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.The improved basket operation is safe and efficient,meeting the requirements of green construction and ensuring construction safety and progress.
