摘要
新建铁路不可避免地会出现上跨既有线的情况,按照原设计采用支架现浇法施工,工期长、成本大、要点施工困难、施工安全风险大、人身安全无法保证。结合工程实际,提出了一种用于跨既有线施工的一体式移动台车应用于工程实践,通过邓郜下行线跨焦柳线特大桥跨焦柳线台车吊装顺利施工的案例,从施工起重机机械设备的选择及进场、作业场地的地基处理、台车吊装的施工顺序及精确对位等多个方面讨论了吊装施工技术,从而为类似工程跨既有线大跨度台车吊装工程施工提供了借鉴意义。
Spanning existing railway will be inevitably encountered with railway construction.Cast in situ concrete based on the original design is expensive and time-consuming,having difficulty in critical site construction.It also carries safety risks in construction.We developed an integrated mobile gantry crane,which can be employed in the construction of railway spanning existing railway.Based on the experience obtained from the construction of the north-south railway connecting the Xiangzhou North Station and Gaoying Station,functioning as the connecting line between the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway and Jiaozuo-Liuzhou Railway,hoisting technology for gantry crane is discussed in terms of multiple aspects,including selection and mounting of crane machinery,foundation treatment of construction field and hoisting sequence and alignment.This discussion may serve as a reference when it comes to the hoisting technology for large span gantry crane spanning existing railway.
