智能建造是土木工程全生命周期与数字化、信息化、智能化高度融合的新型建造方式,包含以新一代信息技术为主的众多新兴技术。归纳总结了智能建造技术的背景、人才需求、培养模式和条件保障四方面,详细阐述了智能建造技术专业人才对知识、能力等方面的要求,分别从技术层面、软件层面和硬件层面构建新型智能建造技术专业人才培养方案。

As a new construction technology,intelligent construction is the outcome of a high degree of integration of the whole life cycle of civil engineering and digitalization,informatization and intellectualization,which involves many emerging technologies dominated by the new generation of information technology.This paper summarizes the background,talent demand,training mode and condition guarantee of intelligent construction technology,elaborates the demands of intelligent construction professionals on knowledge,ability,etc.,and sets up a new training scheme of intelligent construction professionals respectively from the aspects of technology,software and hardware.
